Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking multiple Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join an established and growing primary care team at either Shrewsbury or Toms River. - No Hospital Call:
Focus entirely on outpatient care without the burden of hospital rounds. - Manageable Patient Volume:
See an average of 20‑25 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and quality care. - Dedicated Clinical Support:
Work efficiently with your own dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). - Shared Practice Call: A light telephone‑only call shared on a fair rotation among 3 physicians.
- Join a collaborative network of experienced physicians, specialists, and support staff who promote a culture of teamwork with strong clinical backing.
- Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA (or ability to obtain)
- Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $226,223. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market‑competitive total rewards package.
