Overview
THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE is looking to hire a qualified child care center administrator to manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children. You will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations, ensure that facilities are maintained, manage and support the child care staff.

State-of-the-Art Classrooms:
The successful Child Care Director applicant will have demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of a daycare center or nursery school, as well as strong leadership skills. You should display a friendly demeanor, have a love for children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers. Early childhood development experience is a plus. Lead in an immersive classroom setting utilizing the latest technology, materials, and resources to allow children to “learn, play, and grow”.
- Administrators lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.
- Administrators maintain the physical daycare center environment and all health/safety standard operating procedures are always in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Administrators ensure childcare center is always fully staffed with high performing child care teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Administrators guide our child care teachers by using their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, making TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Administrators deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.
- Administrators effectively engages prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours and organizes and executes community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment available.
- At least one year of child care center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Comply with local, state, and federal laws governing child care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.
