Summer Camp Technology Teacher

Overview

Lead Instructors will conduct technology‑focused summer programs for children ages 6‑11 or 8‑14. Classes will run 4–10 weeks beginning in June, Monday‑Friday, with pay and paid training.

• Lead up to 12 students alone or 25 students with an assistant in a classroom setting.
• Manage, safely transfer, and set up equipment between sites as needed.
• Engage students in hands‑on activities such as Minecraft, Roblox, video game creation, robotics, animation, 3D modeling, STEM, and digital arts.
• Attend online training in May prior to the summer program start.

• 21 years of age or older.
• College graduate with a degree in education, digital arts, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or significant relevant work experience.
• Some experience working with children in a formal or informal setting (classroom, volunteering, childcare, tutoring, coaching, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work sponsorship or accommodations offered.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, during the summer.
• Must love working with kids.

$19‑$25 per hour depending on experience, location, and availability.
