  • The Admissions Recruiter will report directly to the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment and will work on assigned projects and programs related to recruitment and enrollment, as well as input, maintain, retrieve, and ensure accuracy of data for reporting purposes. The Admissions Recruiter will implement special projects to promote the College, including meeting prospective students, giving campus tours, and coordinating recruitment events throughout the year across all campus locations.

    They will plan, organize, direct, implement recruiting and outreach activities, and develop contacts with high schools, educational institutions, county and community agencies.

Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Strategically plans, schedules, conducts, and leads a variety of on-campus, off-campus and virtual admissions and recruitment events including open houses, college fairs, high school visits, application workshops, information sessions, registration events, and campus tours.
  • Develops and cultivate relationships with community partnerships to promote programs and increase enrollment.
  • Assist in the supervision, training and staffing of the student ambassador program
    - Cougar Corps.
  • Provides superior customer service to students, families, and other stakeholders through the entire admissions process during in-person, phone, email, and text interactions.
  • Collaborates with all departments and offices across all campuses to support recruitment and enrollment.
  • Provides follow-up correspondence to prospective students, teachers and guidance counselors after high school visits, college fairs, testing and registration days.
