Paid Instructors and Volunteers for New Jersey Youth Corps Program
Project Self‑Sufficiency is seeking paid instructors and volunteers to support young adults in the New Jersey Youth Corps high school equivalency and employment skills training program.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide tutoring in science, math, social studies, and English.
- Assist with community service projects.
- Support basic reading comprehension and vocabulary development.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates are college students or educators or individuals with experience in business, construction trades, building maintenance, or landscaping. Availability on a part‑time, flexible schedule is required.
Opportunities are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
