CTD Driller – Coiled Tubing Drilling Operations
Performance Energy is currently recruiting experienced CTD Drillers to support long-term onshore drilling operations across the Middle East region. This is a technically demanding role within specialised underbalanced drilling environments.
The RoleAs a CTD Driller, you will be responsible for executing coiled tubing drilling operations, with a strong focus on underbalanced drilling techniques. You will play a key role in delivering safe and efficient drilling performance across complex well programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Execute coiled tubing drilling (CTD) operations including drill-outs and sidetracks
- Perform underbalanced drilling using nitrogen-assisted systems
- Support re-entry drilling operations (2 3/4” CTD)
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of wellsite activities
- Work closely with supervisors and wellsite teams to deliver operational targets
- Maintain compliance with industry safety and operational standards

Qualifications- Proven experience as a CTD Driller
- Extensive underbalanced drilling (UBD) experience
- Strong background in coiled tubing drilling operations
- Experience with nitrogen-assisted drilling systems
- Ability to perform in demanding onshore operational environments
- Experience in re-entry drilling operations
- Exposure to sidetrack and preset well programmes
- Previous experience on long-term onshore drilling campaigns
