Job Description

As an industry leader with over 75 years of experience in automation solutions, we are seeking a skilled and motivated electro‑mechanical automation technician in the greater Philadelphia area. This Service Technician opportunity requires experience and technical expertise in labeling systems, print & apply, and various types of processing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate should have application expertise, be able to work independently, and have schedule flexibility to travel when needed.

• Must be willing to execute nation‑wide travel, as customer needs arise (up to 10% travel)
• Support labeling machinery throughout the field
• Provide install service, customer training, and maintenance
• Support technical team with electro‑mechanical field service work in automation and packaging machinery

• Experience as a maintenance or field service Technician for electro‑mechanical equipment (required; packaging, labeling, automation, or robotics equipment preferred)
• Min. 3 years’ experience in the build, repair, and troubleshooting of labeling and/or packaging machinery (highly preferred)
• Min. 3 years’ experience in wiring and troubleshooting of electrical devices (must); experience with labeling and packaging machinery, including print & apply machines (highly preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (must)
• Automation/robotic field service experience (plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills: friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building positive relationships with customers
• Effective communication: clear and concise communication skills to convey technical information to customers and coordinate with internal teams

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
