A leading entertainment production company is looking for an Evening Department Head to join our team.

While every day is different at 4

Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for multiple departments within the shop that are responsible for prep and QC of entertainment event equipment. This role requires excellent organizational skills that ensure our shop team members are providing the very best customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse employees, previous experience with loading dock and warehouse operations, an understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment is preferred, knowledge of basic operations, including security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, and maintenance, and a demonstrated leadership skill and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and support team members.

This position is full time.
