Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Night Shift Customer Support Specialist for our Malta-based iGaming partner. You will be the first line of contact for players, handling live chat and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
You will manage player verification, respond to payment queries, monitor for Responsible Gaming, and escalate complex cases to Fraud, VIP, or Payments teams as needed. A calm, independent approach and native Norwegian plus English are essential.
