Client Services Associate - Bergen, County, NJ - Investment Advisory - Hybrid

We're partnering with a growing, multi-billion dollar registered investment advisory firm that is looking to add a Client Service Associate to its client advisory team due to continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of experience at an RIA or wealth management firm who enjoys building client relationships while supporting advisors in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Serving as a primary point of contact for client service requests
• Opening and maintaining investment accounts
• Processing money movements, transfers, and other account activity
• Supporting client reporting, meeting preparation, and operational workflows
• Maintaining CRM records and assisting with process improvements
• Partnering with advisors and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience

• 3-6 years of client service experience within an RIA or wealth management firm
• Experience with account opening, money movement, and client servicing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Charles Schwab technology is a plus
