Job Summary
This role engages clients in the lobby, educates and assists them with self‑service banking transactions such as mobile, online, and ATM, while processing cash transactions efficiently and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Process cash and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Follow established processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Drive the overall client experience.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic focused on results.
- Effective collaborator and relationship builder.
- Passionate about improving clients’ financial lives and confident in presenting solutions.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Educated clients on self‑service banking transactions (ATM, online, mobile).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs.
- Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and daily processes.
- Efficient time and capacity management focused on results.
- Willingness to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to various financial centers.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- Minimum one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, or finance).
- Adaptability, Business Acumen, Customer & Client Focus, Oral Communications.
- Problem Solving, Account Management, Client Experience, Branding, Client Management.
- Client Solutions, Advisory, Relationship Building, Business Development, Pipeline Management, Prospecting, Referral Identification & Management.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
Pay$25.00 – $27.88 hourly pay, based on experience, education, and skill set.
