A leading financial services organisation is recruiting a Vice President – Business Risk & Control to join its first line risk function in New Jersey.
This role will help drive the firm's business risk and control framework, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, oversee risk assessments, governance and issue remediation, and support effective risk management across the business.
The successful candidate should have significant experience in Business Risk & Control, Operational Risk or First Line Risk within financial services or another regulated environment. Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks, governance and issue management is essential.
