Senior Specialist, Technical Project Management

• Supports product-focused decision making and financial stewardship
• Utilizes portfolio demand and fiscal management tools
• Curates insights of operational savings and efficiencies
• Reports on portfolio governance, operational reviews, and reporting
• Manages all phases of the investment process
• Proactive stewardship of investment funding mechanisms
• Tracks/Reports Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & value realization
• Creates content for Senior Leaders articulating value drivers and impact
• Participates in process improvement forums and retrospectives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field PREFERRED but not required
• 5 + years of demonstrated IT portfolio or fiscal management experience, pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to use/visualize data and metrics
• Strong financial, process improvement acumen
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a detail-oriented role with a sense of urgency
• Solid communication skills including facilitation of live or virtual meetings and written communication
• Competent in the use of financial and communications tools including Microsoft Excel and Teams, Confluence, Spotfire, Power BI, JIRA

Demonstrates expertise in IT portfolio and fiscal management, with strong quantitative skills for data visualization and metrics analysis. Proficient in financial stewardship and process improvement, with solid communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
