Overview

• Seeking a Finance Associate for the Corporate practice group.
• Position available in New York, Florham Park (NJ), Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Chicago, Minneapolis, or Denver.
• Requires 3-6 years of corporate finance experience, including working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers on transactions such as loan originations and real estate financings.
• Key responsibilities include drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists.
• Candidates must demonstrate excellent writing skills, superior academic achievement, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Attorneys are required to work from an office three days per week.
• The initial annual salary range is $180,000 – $315,000, with actual salary influenced by skills, experience, and location.
• Total compensation includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, plus benefits such as life, health, accident, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
