Hire Up Recruiting is partnering with a privately owned, multi-site education startup to find their first finance hire in New Jersey. The VP of Finance will build and run the finance function as the company grows, with a path to CFO as the platform scales.
The role is hands-on, partnering with ownership on operations, strategy, and growth, and involves ownership of FP&A, acquisition analysis, and building finance controls and systems. Compensation includes $150K base + bonus + meaningful equity.
