Compliance Manager & Deputy MLRO; Jersey

As our Compliance Manager & Deputy MLRO (Jersey) you play a pivotal role in keeping Boston Jersey Limited safe.

As Compliance Manager and Deputy MLRO, you will lead the day-to-day operation of Boston Jersey Limited's compliance framework, helping ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations while supporting commercial growth through pragmatic, risk-based advice. You will manage key AML/CFT/CPF and compliance controls, provide oversight of monitoring and remediation activity, and act as principal support and designated deputy to the MLRO. In doing so you directly contribute to our purpose;

to deliver thoughtful, personal and high-quality service to every client.

• Ensure operational adoption of best practice AML/CFT/CPF and compliance controls through monitoring, oversight and remediation.
• Provide technical AML/CFT/CPF and regulatory advice to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Champion a strong compliance culture across the business
• Support the MLRO in the effective operation of the SAR framework, including assessment, documentation, reporting and governance.
• Act as principal support and designated stand-in for the MLRO

• Relevant professional qualification in compliance and/or financial crime, such as ICA Diploma or equivalent; or,
• Qualification consistent with Table 4 status or ability to satisfy the relevant competency expectations for the role
