- Assist and provide support with assigned external Alliance partners
- Act as primary Company Finance point of contact with Global Project and Alliance Management, Product Development Team Leaders, Alliance Managers, and third-party partners
- Develop expense budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range operating plans
- Perform monthly close tasks, including preparing journal entries, reviewing actual results, providing variance commentary, and analyzing spending trends
- Support internal and external governance interactions, including development review, finance, development, and steering committees
- Support project team decision-making with relevant financial information and insight
- Ensure accounting entries, payments, receipts, and completed milestones are accounted for appropriately under GAAP and applicable guidance
- Maintain internal control processes in accordance with the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act
- Support clinical out-of-pocket spend for Global Clinical Development
- Engage with external and internal business partners including Project Management, Procurement, and GCTO
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Science or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of operations or Finance experience
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop business operations models
- Strong financial acumen
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Results and process-driven orientation
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and complex environment
- Ability to influence, build and maintain client and peer relationships
- Sound and balanced judgment, with ability to assess and handle risk
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel, SAP, Power BI and Copilot
- Knowledge of Budget Analysis, Budget Management, Corporate FP&A, Finance Strategy, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Forecasting Models, GAAP, and Preparation of Financial Reports

- Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
Demonstrates strong financial acumen and analytical skills to support budget analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley Act. Capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external partners to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
