Pay Range: $20.57 – $25.81 per hour (New Jersey)
Shift: Day (6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., 36 hrs/week)
Status: Full-Time
Job OverviewRWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center, a 592-bed acute care hospital. The role supports post-ICU patient care, including activities of daily living, bedside nursing care, phlebotomy, and EKGs.
Qualifications Required- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program
- Certified Nursing Assistant
Day Shift, 36 hours per week, 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Essential Functions- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and bedside nursing care.
- Perform phlebotomy and EKGs as required.
- Offer patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to patient age.
- Communicate patient status effectively with patients and nursing colleagues.
- Participate in collaboration of patient plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
