• Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Location: Ocean County, NJ
• Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour

• Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Household Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient care activities using Celltrak.

  Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.

• Certification: Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in good standing.

  Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within Gloucester County.
