Licensed Therapist

Therapeutic Self Care provides bilingual mental health services to support the well‑being of the community in both Spanish and English. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Therapist located in Toms River or Galloway, NJ. The Licensed Therapist will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, and maintain accurate client records. Responsibilities will also include conducting mental health assessments and facilitating therapy sessions. The role requires active collaboration with clients and colleagues to support a therapeutic and inclusive environment.

• Clinical skills including counseling, mental health assessment, and developing personalized treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and build rapport with clients
• Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW) in the state of New Jersey
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and client confidentiality
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Experience working in mental health settings is a strong asset
