Job Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Liga Data, you will support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across customer engagements and internal initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, cross‑functional teams, and clients to ensure clear communication, accurate project tracking, and timely delivery of milestones.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed project plans using MS Project, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across all project phases.

Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans using MS Project.
  • Create, update, and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress against baselines and highlight variances, risks, or delays.
  • Ensure all project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained and up to date.
Project Management Support:
  • Assist in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities across technical, product, and customer teams.
  • Track action items, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper follow‑up and resolution.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure project governance standards and PMO processes are consistently followed.
  • Support risk management and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, management, and customers.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, weekly status meetings, and steering committees.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
  • Provide clear and proactive updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution through structured communication.
Cross‑Functional Coordination:
  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure dependencies between teams are clearly identified and managed.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to the Project Manager or relevant leadership when required.
  • Promote collaboration and transparency across all stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change logs.
  • Generate accurate reports from MS Project and other PM tools to provide visibility into project performance.
  • Ensure documentation is organized, version‑controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensure adherence to Liga Data’s project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, and communication workflows.
  • Contribute to PMO process enhancements and standardization initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in technology, telecom, or software delivery environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with MS Project, including schedule creation, tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
