Salary and Schedule Details- Hourly pay: $15.00 to $17.00
- Paid training: live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training
- Part‑time employees may be offered voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases
- Variable schedule during the work week
- Average weekly hours: 13‑15 hours
- Required availability week before and after major holidays, may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
Perform service work in Hallmark department of retail stores. Three major components:
- Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory. Use mobile device for technology, communication, reporting, feedback, and surveys.
- Holiday support: additional days and extended hours during holidays; may work on actual holidays, weekends.
- Department resets: participate in installations, building fixtures, relocating card departments, resetting card sections; notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
- Team support: support teammates as needed in territories.
- Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, display fixtures up to 30 lbs during the workday; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Kneel, squat, walk, stand; climb stairs and step ladders.
- At least 18 years old.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of lifting/two 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
- Operate digital hand‑held device.
- Have Wi‑Fi and internet access.
- Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
