Your Next Opportunity Awaits – We are looking Sales Supervisor in Newark NJ.

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to manage and develop freight forwarding sales activities across Ocean, Air, and Domestic Freight, including drayage. The role will focus on expanding the customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment processes.

• Manage sales activities for Ocean, Air, and Domestic Freight services
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio in the U.S. market
• Coordinate with operations teams on booking, documentation, shipment flow, and customer requirements
• Support end-to-end freight forwarding processes from inquiry to delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure sales and operational activities are aligned with industry regulations and compliance requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of freight forwarding experience, especially in Ocean and/or Air Freight
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export processes
• End-to-end operational understanding including booking, documentation, and shipment flow
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven customer development and sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New Jersey
• Remote work is not available for this position
