• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations
• Working knowledge electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, dayshift, including every other weekend
• Work today;
