Community Property Maintenance Technician

Direct Hire Opportunity

$62,400 annually

Onsite. Will split time between community in Toms River, NJ and community in Stafford Township, NJ. Toms River will be the home base.

8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday | 40 hours a week (With weekend emergency call availability)

• Perform general community maintenance including landscaping, mowing lawns, light tree trimming, etc.
• Assist with maintaining common areas and lake area.
• Assist with home remodeling.
• Perform routine repairs.
• Ability to travel to multiple properties in the area.

• Must have a drivers license to be able to travel between two communities
• Previous experience working for a mobile home community is preferred.
• Previous property maintenance experience is helpful.
• Electrical background is a plus.
• Experience with mobile homes would be helpful.
• Ability to assess/diagnose water and septic issues. Company will hire an outside company to come and fix any issues regarding the water and septic issues
• Weekend availability to be on call for water or septic emergencies.
• Must have previous experience with operating an excavator/ backhoe/ lawn mower
