Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II

Pay Range: $30

Shift: Days (03:00-05:00)

What's the Job?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls maintenance tasks following safety standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Assist in the development and updating of equipment-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support production teams by providing technical expertise and training on equipment operation and maintenance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of electrical or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience with automated production equipment, sensors, motors, and pneumatics.
• Proficient in mechanical disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of complex machinery.
