We are seeking an experienced Sterile Injectable Operator to support sterile manufacturing operations, including bulk formulation, aseptic filling, equipment sterilization, and commercial production within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform sterile compounding, filtration, and aseptic filling of vials, syringes, and cartridges
- Operate sterile filling equipment, isolators, VHP systems, autoclaves, and parts washers
- Execute media fills, validation activities, and equipment changeovers
- Perform in-process testing, filter integrity testing, and environmental monitoring support
- Complete GMP documentation, batch records, and SOP compliance activities
- Maintain cleanroom operations and support equipment qualification and commercial manufacturing
- High School Diploma or equivalen
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in sterile manufacturin
- Hands-on experience with aseptic processing, sterile injectables, and cGMP operation
- Experience operating filling lines, autoclaves, isolators, and sterile manufacturing equipment preferre
- Strong documentation, communication, and mechanical troubleshooting skill
