Key Responsibilities
- Implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Design and improve production layouts, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes and production readiness plans.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for manufacturing issues.
- Develop process validation plans and support equipment qualification activities.
- Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and process optimization.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and quality improvement tools.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical device, industrial equipment, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Knowledge of automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality standards.
