Qualifications

• CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibilityrequirements.
• Bachelor'sDegreein
  
  Nursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
• Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
