Job Title: Registered Nurse
- Operating Room

Location: Edison, NJ

Job Duration: 3 Months

Shift:

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Every Other Weekend Required. Holidays - As Needed. No on Call.

• Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
• This includes, but is not limited to, assuring that appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.
• Also responsible for assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in at least one of the following specialties:
  Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotic, or Endovascular Surgery.
• Experience in at least one of the following specialties: REQUIRED – Ortho, Vascular, Davinci, Neuro, Surgery. Experience in all four areas – Highly Preferred.
• BLS-AHA Required. CNOR Preferred.
• Scrub and Circulating Experience – Required.
• Epic documentation preferred.
• 1:1 Patient Ratio.
• Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other than those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.
• Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with Client schedule being a priority.

• ASN – Required.
• BSN – Preferred.

• NJ RN License.
• BLS-AHA.
• NIHSS.
• ACLS.
• CNOR – Preferred.
