BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position in Toms River, New Jersey.
Job OverviewFull‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home visits and provide palliative care as part of a multidisciplinary team serving hospice clients in Ocean and Monmouth counties.
Responsibilities- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and provide comfort care.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
- Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Base pay: $40–$42 per hour, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
