Pay Range: $48.29 - $65.06 per hour

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

• BLS certification
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire

• Provide patient care under supervision of doctors
• Perform head-to-toe physical examinations, administer medication, provide wound care
• Communicate with families, provide updates on patient condition, seek medical decisions
• React quickly to emergency situations, demonstrate flexibility in life-or-death scenarios
• Work overtime and irregular shifts as needed
• Provide nursing care within scope of practice, adhere to Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, uphold ANA code of ethics
• Assure safety in practice, apply evidence-based practice, maintain professional growth and communication with team
• Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors
• Understand patient population served
• Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate team members, collaborate with other providers
• Set and evaluate priorities, implement appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes
• Serve as individual practitioner, interdisciplinary team manager, utilize nursing process, individualize plan of care
