$48.29 — $65.06 per hour (New Jersey)

• Organize and administer individualized age‑specific professional care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary intervention, peripheral angiograms and interventions, permanent pacemaker procedures, and neurological angiograms and interventions.
• Provide nursing care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Maintain the standards of nursing care as established.
• Participate in patient teaching.
• Participate in unit Quality Improvement evaluation activities.
• Use an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age‑specific needs and provide age‑specific treatment.
• On‑call component with 30 minute response time required.
• On‑call for weekends and holidays required.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least two years of critical care nursing experience.
• Currently hold active registration as a professional nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider qualification.
• ACLS course completion.
• Completion of Intravenous Therapy course at Community Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all required orientation programs.
