RN Registered Nurse - Kimball North East (Toms River)

Full‑time Day Shift at Central Jersey Behavioral Health, Kimball North East (KNE), located at 1691 U.S. Highway 9, Toms River, NJ 08755.

Pay Range: $46.90 – $63.97 per hour.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for patients.
• Provide safe, evidence‑based medications, treatments, and hands‑on care grounded in strong clinical judgment.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely, well‑coordinated care decisions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety.
• Contribute your voice during interdisciplinary rounds, helping drive seamless communication and smooth transitions of care.

To be considered, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient‑care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Minimum two years experience in an inpatient setting is preferred; one year experience in a psychiatric/chemical dependency field is preferred.
