As aCertified Medication Aide (CMA), you will play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by administering medications safely and accurately while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility procedures
- Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medication administration records
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols at all times
- Support the community's mission of providing exceptional care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the State of New Jersey
- Previous long‑term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused approach to care.
- Part time/Per Diem 3pm-11pm
$24 - $24.50 an hour
