Allaire Health Services is seeking a License Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Jersey. The LPN will participate in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, supervise nursing staff on shift, and perform daily resident assessments to ensure high-quality care.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will assist with rounds, communicate orders accurately, and support ongoing training for personnel in a warm, collaborative environment.
