Registered Nurse ICU

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide critical care support across various units. This 13-week travel assignment offers night shifts with every other weekend off, primarily working in medical ICU, surgical ICU, and critical care units.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care to critically ill patients, including ventilated, post-surgical, cardiac, and neuro/stroke cases.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage complex therapies, including ventilator support and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately within electronic health records.
• Float within ICU skillsets as needed, maintaining flexibility based on staffing demands.
• Adhere to all clinical and safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and stroke CEUs.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NJ or Compact RN license at time of submission.
• Possess at least 1.5+ years of recent acute care ICU experience related to critical care.
• Complete required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH/Stroke CEUs prior to start date.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in ventilator management, post-surgical care, and neuro/Stroke protocols.
• Be available to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and work at least 2 of 3 holidays unless otherwise approved.
• Comply with travel and local licensing, background, and vaccination policies.
