Caring-Hospice-Services is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide nursing care with emphasis on pain and symptom control for hospice patients. You will implement physician plans of care and establish a nursing plan of care based on the nursing process while training and supporting families.
The RN will travel to patient locations in Union, Somerset, and Middlesex Counties, assess patient needs, and coordinate with the hospice team to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
