Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!
Full or part time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Toms River, NJ!

Responsibilities:- Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
- Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
- Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists
- Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
- Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
- Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers
- Full-time

- $ per year (BASE SALARY for FT)
** PLUS, productivity bonus with the potential to earn up to $80,000.00 extra per year!!
