• Active NJ or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Active BLS required
• Active NRP required
• Active RN license required
• Active RNC-NIC preferred
• Strong neonatal assessment and clinical skills
