Legend Biotech is seeking a Principal Scientist for Lentivirus Downstream Process Development in Somerset, New Jersey. You will design, optimize and scale purification of lentiviral vectors for CAR‑T and other cell‑therapy programs, leading DSP strategies from bench to GMP transfer.
The role requires an Advanced degree with 8+ years in biotech process development, strong purification and TFF experience, and proven leadership to drive cross‑functional teams.
