Overview
Sales Floor Supervisor - Ocean County Mall Sales Floor Supervisor is accountable for driving customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing merchandise standards and execution, and training/developing associates to execute sales-building programs.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales - Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues; models and holds the team accountable for outstanding customer service. Ensures staff is scheduled appropriately to maximize sales and service.
- Store Merchandise Standards - Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes. Maintains high merchandise presentation standards and leads planning and execution of all merchandise and visual elements, including pricing and signing. Identifies local opportunities to drive sales and oversees recovery standards for the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Omnichannel - Trains and coaches all associates on processes, including in-store pickup, delivery, returns, and Ship from Store. Manages Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Curbside Pickup processes within the prescribed time frames. Monitors Omnichannel metrics and takes action to resolve issues.
- Specialty Businesses - Drives profitable growth in Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window businesses; leads specialty training and care/protection plans; manages SET processes and productivity standards; identifies sell-through opportunities and remerchandises as needed; oversees return to vendor/warehouse activities to reduce shrink in specialty areas.
- Team Development - Teaches, trains and coaches associates; partners to source and hire store talent; supports training and development, addresses performance issues, and fosters a One Team culture.
- Performance Standards - Maintains standards across shrink, safety, Omnichannel, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
