About the role:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense and shrinkage control, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control while adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands:
  In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
