• Greet and assist donors.
• Share Goodwill’s mission and donation guidelines.
• Keep donation areas clean and organized.
• Sort and process incoming donations.
• Thank donors for their contributions.
• Provide donation receipts when requested.
• Help maintain efficient operations.

• Welcome donors with professionalism and appreciation.
• Assist with unloading donations.
• Provide information about Goodwill’s programs and services.
• Ensure every donor has a positive experience.
• Receive, assess, and sort donated items.
• Follow donation handling and pricing guidelines.
• Support inventory flow and organization.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and lifting practices.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
