Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Produce Department and its Associates to achieve department goals including sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
Maintain unit pricing, labeling, stock levels, and display standards to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements;
Oversee safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance, including proper handling of equipment and temperature logs;
Mentor and train department associates, manage onboarding, and ensure staffing to meet sales and customer experience goals
