B2B Field Sales Representative for Energy Rebates

We are hiring motivated sales professionals to help commercial customers improve energy efficiency through lighting, HVAC, heating, and building controls upgrades. This role involves lead generation, canvassing new opportunities, visiting facilities, and guiding customers through a streamlined rebate and installation process.

• Generate new leads through outreach, canvassing, networking, and cold calling
• Perform on-site assessments in commercial buildings
• Present proposals and clearly explain the upgrade process
• Track activity and meet performance goals
• Maintain customer relationships through project completion

• Outside sales or B2B sales
• Energy efficiency or utility rebate programs
• Door-to-door B2B canvassing

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable meeting property owners and walking commercial facilities
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Professional and reliable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This role uses a performance-driven pay model. High performers typically earn $150,000+ annually depending on activity level and results.
