We're looking for a motivated and independent sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory. In this role, you'll build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help more people access important services and products. • Create and follow a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and territory planning.
• Build relationships with decision makers and influencers.
• Present the company’s services and value in person and through digital communications.
• Support existing clients and identify ways to improve service and grow referrals.
• Track performance and adjust plans to improve results.
• Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
• Complete administrative tasks such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planning.

• 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience (5+ years preferred); consistent top sales performance is a plus
• Medical sales experience in pharma or device is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving
• Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals
• Willing to travel 25–35% for meetings and events
