Job OverviewAward Homecare, a fast-growing home care agency known for exceptional service and quick communication, is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Representative to expand our relationships throughout hospitals, rehabs, LTC facilities, and community partners.
If you have a strong sales personality and love being around people — this role is for you.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can confidently walk into facilities, build relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. You should be driven, outgoing, and fully comfortable speaking in front of groups or presenting to social workers, discharge planners, and administrators.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Prospect, visit, and follow up with hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, ALFs, and community organizations
- Present confidently in front of small or large groups
- Generate new leads and close new cases
- Track activities, schedule routes, and submit simple weekly reports
- Represent Award Home Care’s values, responsiveness, and top-tier care standards
- Create or participate in events, visits, in-services, and outreach campaigns

- Prior sales experience (healthcare experience a plus but not required)
- Comfortable presenting to groups and engaging new contacts
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation for daily facility visits
