Location:

FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Sea Girt, NJ
Compensation: $17 per hour + retail and membership commission

• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Educate guests on FACE FOUNDRIÉ services, memberships, and retail products
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Accurately explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and services
• Support daily operations including scheduling assistance, inventory awareness, and front desk procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the facial bar
• Ensure company policies, timekeeping procedures, and operational processes are followed accurately
• Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to always ensure compliance

• Have at least 1 year of sales experience
• Are upbeat, reliable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Have spa or salon experience (preferred but not required)
• Are a current esthetics student or interested in the beauty and skincare industry
• Are available to work nights and weekends
