Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Bath Concepts is growing rapidly, with strong lead flow and a reputation built on high-quality bath remodeling products and expert installation. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and help drive continued success.

The Role:
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to support, coach, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is looking to grow into a leadership position while still actively contributing to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager in daily team operations
• Run leads and assist in closing sales when needed
• Help train and mentor new and existing sales reps
• Monitor team performance and help meet sales goals
• Assist with appointment follow‑ups and customer interactions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Step in to support the team in the field as needed

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of sales experience (home improvement preferred)
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Comfortable with technology (iPads, CRM systems, etc.)
• Reliable transportation required
